The rolled rib roast is also known as prime rib however this cut is without the bones.  Each roast is at least 4.5 lbs and no more than 5 lbs.  A fabulous holiday cut of beef.  Sold frozen to preserve freshness. Cannot be custom butchered, all roasts come as is.

Our cattle have free access to our fields, barn and water. They freely roam, and we grow them slowly to enhance their welfare and the quality of their meat. We feed our cattle a grass-centered diet, supplemented with locally milled grains, and never use antibiotics or pesticides.
