T-Bone Steak (frozen) approx. 1.25 lbs
Now this is a steak! T-Bone steaks and Porterhouse steaks are both cut from the short loin. The Porterhouse is a larger version of the T-Bone because it is carved from the larger portion of the tenderloin. A center T-shaped bone divides two sides of the steak. On one side is a tenderloin filet and the other is a top loin which is better known as the New York Strip Steak.
Our cattle have free access to our fields, barn and water. They freely roam, and we grow them slowly to enhance their welfare, and the quality of their meat. Crescent Ridge feeds our cattle a grass-centered diet, supplemented with locally milled grains, and never uses antibiotics or pesticides.
