Crescent Ridge & Top Sun Farm Raw Honey - 1 lb.(12 fl. oz.)
Out of stock
Our new collaboration with Top Sun Farm out of Stoughton. Raw Honey. Dana and Henry run TSF and we were fortunate enough to host hives in our pasture that they managed.
We have a limited number of bottles tagged as Estate Honey, and all the honey in those jars come from the bees that were pollinating our pastures this year. Once we are out of that, we will be offering Top Sun Farm’s honey from their hives in Stoughton and Western MA bottled in the Crescent Ridge glass bottles!
Bees are in important part of our pasture system, and we are proud to show off their hard work!
*As more honey is harvested and packaged this fall, we should have more supply, but will still be in limited numbers. All estate honey will be labelled as such.
More about Henry and Dana + Top Sun Farm!
Warning: Do not feed honey to infants under one year

Henry has always had a desire to start beekeeping. He approached Dana who's response was, "Bees?! You want to have Bees? Are you crazy?" He left it alone for a while until one day when they were introduced to creamed honey. They started off with 3 hives and quickly added 2 more. Going into their first winter, they had 6 hives and sadly lost 3 of them. Mistakes were made, but they learned a lot that year. The following year, their apiary quickly grew to 20 and they've been growing ever since. Currently they are up to almost 40 hives! While the bees do all the work collecting and making the honey, wax, pollen, and propolis, Henry and Dana do the rest by hand. Currently, Dana works as a kindergarten teacher, and Henry has been working as a welder for the last 30 years. While they both love their professions, beekeeping opened a whole new world for them. It is their dream to continue expanding and make this their full time business year round!
