Storage and Preparation: Muffins arrive ready to eat - just thaw (necessary) or heat (optional). Thaw in refrigerator (preferred), in microwave, in a lunch box, or at room temp. Muffins are good at room temperature for 3 days or in the fridge for 5. They last longer, but you’ll likely want to toast as their texture can change over time.
If a warm treat is desired, lightly toast, air fry (at 325 for 3-5 mins), or microwave (10-20 seconds) prior to consuming.
