Mi Tierra Tortillaria, located in Springfield, MA was the first authentic tortilla bakery in New England that creates tortillas from 100% Organic local corn, ground limestone, and water. The corn is produced using ancient nixtamal methods to form a maiz masa, or corn dough which is shaped into tortillas & baked.

Defrost frozen tortillas slowly, either on counter top or even better, in fridge.
All of their tortillas are made with 3 simple ingredients: Corn, Water & Crushed Limestone. All of the corn is grown in the Pioneer Valley, the organic tortillas are made with 100% certified organic corn.
