Long Wind Farm began in 1984 with Dave Chapman and a team of oxen. Their farm is nestled into the Upper Valley, a region that encompasses both Vermont and New Hampshire. They grow their crops in Vermont soil in glass greenhouses, that allow them to grow year-round and harvest great tasting local produce.
