Based in Hawley, MA, Sidehill Farm is a small, family-run dairy.  Their delicious yogurt starts with just two ingredients — the sweet, high-protein milk from their grass-fed cows, and a blend of probiotic cultures.  Their yogurt is made from whole pasteurized, but unhomogenized milk. Because their milk is not homogenized, you will see a layer of cream that rises to the top of the yogurt.  They never use hormones or antibiotics and their cows graze on certified organic pasture.
